Thank you to everyone who generously contributed an Easter egg to the library Easter Egg Exchange. Thanks to your generosity we collected 22 Easter eggs which have been donated to Nuneaton Food Bank and Glebe House.
We received the following positive messages:
‘These will make children’s lives in Nuneaton a little brighter’.
Neil Dunlop, College Chaplain – distributing eggs to the Nuneaton Food Bank.
‘Our students will really appreciate a little luxury, especially as they wouldn’t buy themselves Easter eggs. People are very generous, thank you very much.’
Nicola Rose, At Risk and Behaviour Support Team – distributing eggs to students who use Glebe House facilities.

Once again, the Library has decided to do something a little different… We would like your help to support both Glebe House and the Nuneaton Food Bank, by taking part in an Easter Egg Exchange.
Library staff have been busy making unusual flowers from old discarded books, magazines and maps;
We invite you to take a flower and in exchange bring back an Easter egg.
The flowers are rather special, each one an individual creation made with care by a member of the library team. The perfect example of how to up-cycle old, disused printed materials!
The eggs will be distributed to Glebe House and the Nuneaton Food Bank in time for Easter. A big thank you goes to everyone who takes part and if you haven’t yet, there is still plenty of time!
