As a big thank you for responding to our annual survey, the library is giving highstreet vouchers to five randomly selected participants. This year, all of the lucky winners happen to be students: Leon King, Steven Scott, Seema Shad, Michelle Sheffield and Jordan Marlowe.
Selected survey results
Every year, the library runs a survey of its users. This year it was an online survey; for the first time there was not a paper-based option. This made analysing the survey by far quicker and easier, however it also limited the number of participants by half compared to last year. So, how are we doing this year?
We’d love to know how we are doing. Please tell us what you think and enter a prize draw to win one of five £10 high street vouchers. The results of the survey will be published on the Library blog and Facebook, in June 2012. Your name and student/staff number will be used only for the prize draw.
Short Library Survey – start here!
Our new library was opened four months ago and we’d like to know how you use it and what we can do to make it more useful for you. To give us your feedback please fill in the short survey here or pop into the library to complete a paper-based survey.

National benchmark (2010): very much – 50.4%, partly – 39.2%, not really – 7.7%, not at all – 2.8%. Continue reading
