This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. In Britain the most common mental health conditions are depression and anxiety.

We also have the Sorted! Collection, this is a series of books focusing on a range of conditions and issues such as Depression, OCD and Bereavement. These books offer help and advice on dealing with these conditions. They are useful for all age groups and can be borrowed by both students and staff.

‘Sorted!’ – a collection of self-help books

Warwickshire County Council have kindly donated a collection of self-help books to Nuneaton College Library. ‘Sorted!’ is a collection of books to help young people with their concerns, chosen by young people for young people, and are recommended by health professionals. The collection includes books on anger, depression and many other health issues.

They are currently on display at the Nuneaton campus library. Why not come and take a look?
